How it works:

In order to qualify for this program and receive a 10% Fleet Card discount, members must spend a minimum of $40.00 per month in car washes.

Fleet Cards look and act like a credit card. Depending on your business model, we can issue a Fleet Card to your company, each employee or each vehicle. You choose.

On the first business day of each month, members will be charged for the previous month's washes using the credit card on file. HCW will then email you a usage report showing date, time, washes selected and the Fleet Card used associated with each wash. This will allow you to track usage within your company by each individual card.
